Thursday: Showcase Opening Night

• 2:00 PM: Fields and batting cages open for pre-scheduled 90 minute team practices
• 5:00 PM: Concessions & deck bar open to public (Main Concession Building)
• 5:00-8:00 PM: Team Check-In (Pavilion near the Main Concession Building)
• 5:00-8:00 PM: Karaoke Party (Pavilion near the Main Concession Building)
• 6:00-9:00 PM: Skills Competitions & Combine

Friday: Pool Play Games Starting @ 8:00 AM

Saturday: Pool Play Games Continues @ 8:00 AM, Bracket Play Begins in the Evening

Sunday: Bracket Play Continues @ 8am

Payment Policy:

• Payment secures your spot in this event.
• The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament.
• Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.
• Divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline. The number of spots in any given division may fluctuate.

Online Payment Fee:

• When paying with a credit card or debit card, there will be an online processing fee. This fee is not refundable and not able to be applied as a credit. 
• The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor. You can mail a check to avoid this fee. Please call or email the office when you mail your check with the check number and we can confirm your entry. You must contact a director directly. Please do not text.

NO METAL SPIKES 

NO SEEDS and NO GUM

Please respect these policies in the entire facility and our parking lot

• Rubber cleats or turf shoes only, NO METAL SPIKES
• No outside food, coolers, and drinks (except for player drinks)
• No parking lot “tailgates” with food or drinks
• No outside adult beverages allowed
• No smoking, no vaping, no tobacco
• No pets (except service animals)
• No seeds or gum on fields or in seating areas

We recommend bringing camping chairs and canopy tents. We do not have metal bleachers.

Scoreboard remotes are available at the Shortstop store or any main concession window.
